Insurgency: Cache Bug

This has happened a few times now, though I haven't gotten pictures of it yet.
On occasion a cache will suddenly catch fire and begin to very slowly lose health, when it finally destroys itself, nothing else happens. The map icon stays the same and the cache is not counted towards victory.

this, is why smoking is bad. It destroys games..

could it have lost health for w/e reason, then bled? i wouldnt know coz i havent ever played Ins on an Australian server.
