Can't move my mouse

When I start a PR my mouse works fine in the menu. The problem is when I join a game the cursor becomes "stuck" in the middle of the screen, also I can't type. If I alt-tab everyting works fine on the desktop, but when I come back into PR the problem persists. Any ideas why?

Go to Settings -> Controls, and click default.
