0.7 civilian manning vehicle weapons

First of all, big thanks to the devs for a great mod and the exciting changes in the 0.7 release

With the new car colors introduced in 0.7, a small bug was introduced in Insurgency mode on al Basrah. Insurgent civilians should die when they man fixed or vehicle weapons. This works for the (original) white pickup truck, but not for the red, blue and black trucks. A civilian can get on the gun in these trucks, fire them and get kills.

Hopefully it will be relatively easy to fix. Thanks again for all your work.

In the meanwhile, you do not lose or gain points for shooting civilians in vehicles; so lock'n'load, soldier!
