I don't think it is a feature, and would like a Dev's official ruling on this.

When I mentioned the "twist, jump, cha cha cha" all heal dance last, the dev I spoke to was surprised to hear it was still possible. As far as I have been told, the "heal your feet" action should have been removed since discovered in "Beta".

Hey,at least Im utilizing the vehicle for ammo, not like the bastards, that use it for a taxi and dump tons of valuable ammo somewhere on the other end of the map...
