A few bugs
A couple of bugs that I have noticed is that the British sniper, does not zoom in the same way that the gun is pointed at. In other words you may have the gun pointed one way but when you go into the scope view the view is either way high or way low, no where near the origianl target. Secondly the mounted machine guns don't fire where the little circle sight is, I don't know if it is meant to be this way but just thought I'd point it out. I had also noticed that when I was playing, umm (The map where it is Brit vs PLA and there is a huge railroad bridge connecting the North Base to South Base, other cp's are the Tunnel and Trenches) the bridge would start to randomly blowup then repair and then blowup, it continued to do this until the game ended. Finally the support guns go to a 2-D look and then to the iron sights when you right-click.

About the british sniper......i second that.....whenever you go from standard standing......point at someone in the head then look down scope you are generally aiming at thier crotch...it has become very annoying. I doubt it was meant to look like that...

For the huh? part what I'm trying to say is the sight on the mounted machine guns (the little circle at the end of the barrel) doesn't line up, similar to the sniper problem. You may have the enemy in the circle but when you shoot the shots are a good 75 feet above their position.
And how does the 2D model prevent pronespamming? Is it possible to keep it the length (time) it takes to go to the view but make it a smoother transition? |

The mounted machine guns are not supposed to be aimed with the ironsights. You should use the tracers to work your way to the target.
The ironsight thing with the support weapons was a tentative to annoy prone spammers. We have new animations in 0.41. |
