Update - I uninstalled everything ATI related and just installed the ATI 6.11 driver and nothing else (I use PowerStrip anyways so do not need the Catalyst software). Played last night with no problems but did not get to any of the maps where I had real problems. I will update once I play more and let everyone know if I had to go back to the 6.9 driver.
FYI - I have the ATI All-In-Wonder X800XL 256MB PCIE x16 card |

I had similar problems with 0.3 particularly on night maps, turning made dark areas light up and light areas go dark and the sort of psychedelic sand bags with 2 Nvidia gfx cards 6800gs and 7600gt.
Haven't noticed it in v0.4 but then again I haven't played a night map yet in v0.4. |
