[0909] weapon selection menu doesnt change with new kit when already open

if you have a kit and are in the weapon selection menu using mouse wheel and then while it is open pickup a different kit the menu stays the same choices as last kit until you let the menu go away and re-open the menu, then the menu is now the current kits menu with the correct options.

yeah,that's always been an issue. What i do is use the number keys now... cause in weapons selection if you wanna shoot really fast you have to go back to the gun and hope you don't change it to a fire mode you can't handle.. or in the case of me accidentally click after the weapons selection disappears and detonate the IED you placed on the cache that you accidentally placed when the same god damn thing happened 10 seconds ago....

(yeah... xD I was choosing something, got distracted, then clicked and dropped a C4, then i freaked out and was like "OH **** OH ****" and then i tried to change weapons and missed cause i didn't wanna detonate, but it disappeared and it went off anyways... xD
