[0909] Yamalia - watch towers

Description:
When you go into a tower on Yamalia, you get stuck in the towers floor when you get to the end of the ladder and you have to prone to fall down to earth, You get damaged alot but it is not fatal but just very annoying.
Steps to Reproduce:
post clear and concise steps to reproduce the problem.

Tested On:
Yamalia, All gamemodes, All servers, 9.09

-map name
-game mode / layer
-server name (if not dedicated list as local)
-version number

Video Settings (if needed):
2.23GHZ AMD Athlon 64x +3800 San Diego
2gb DDR-400
BFG 9500GT 1GB DDR2, Overclocked to maximum stable.

Saw a buddy do this few days ago. Prone does make you fall to the ground.

Did that very thing today! Went prone, fell, minor injury, one patch fixes you, if needed.
