[0909] Silent Eagle combat area

I dont know if this is a bug or put in there on purpose. But if you fly out of bounds with a jet you only have 9 seconds to return into boundaries. Lost a jet to that.

Ye needs to be altered I think, I've heard lots of pilots lose jets to this....we'll look into it.
