[0909] LAV3 instant ammo switch

as the title says, the canadian striker variant (don't know the exact name) e.g. the one on yamalia can instantly switch between AP and HEAT ammo. nice but not intended i guess

haven't tested other apcs yet.

I find another bug in Canadian apc: "invincible passengers".
