[0909] M16A1 uses M4 "select" animations

Specifically, when choosing the weapon the animation shows the stock being pulled back like in the M4 or Colt Carbine models, although the stock is solid in the M16A1.

Tested with Hamas Cell Leader and AP, on Asad Khal.
