[v0.85] APC Lag

Description:
A clan mate and I were driving in a LAV on Fallujah West, and everytime we were dropping of a squad, just as they exited the LAV, enormous lag kicked in for both of us. It stopped lagging after I got out and waited for about 3 seconds, but as soon as I entered the APC again, it would lag (I was the driver).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a LAV
2. Pick up a squad
3. Drop them off
4. Lag

Tested On:
Fallujah West Insurgency-64, GibThis PR v0.856

Video Settings (if needed):
1280x1024 2x AA

All low settings except:

Lighting: medium
Dynamic Shadows: low
Geometry: high
Texture: medium

Was it a kind of "bouncing" laag so your view "bounced" every second up and down?
Or was it a fps laag? --> fps dropped
Or was it an internet laag? ---> higher ping / connection problem

If it was the first thing, it exists also in the other apc's and I dont think the devs can fix this until pr moves to another engine. I doubt this will happen in the near future

If it is the second one what Neo Mapper said, then it's a known bug.

FPS lag. About 1 FPS.
