Default Taliban Scoped Enfield bug?

I just shot people at 50 m in the head 5 times (confirmed by the dust) with the scoped enfield. Only one of them hit the ground. I know the hitboxes in BF2 aren't the best, but this has never happened that often with the US/PLA/MEC counterparts.

This must be some kind of a bug?

Read up on the insurgent and Taliban sniper rifles before posting...yes I know its 50m but they do not start dropping from 600m...they start dropping as soon as it leaves the barrel as I recall...it also depends which part of the head. If it was at the top I'd be questioning but at the bottom you might have hit their chest shoulder (the dust lies some time).

YouTube - BF2 Hit Detection Test
Good video to show hit detection.
You get the dust effect if the shot goes very very close to the clothing I think. Maybe someone knows exactly how it works and can enlighten us.
