Can't request kits from rally points.

I looked and couldn't find that they have a limited # of requests but has anyone else had a bug where the rally points wont give anyone kits nor even give a message in the top left? This has happened 2 or 3 times so far and it's pretty annoying.

Depends on the kits you're trying to request.

I can confirm I was able to obtain all those from our rally point yesterday while playing. I didn't get the Marksman but it told me it was out of supply. I didn't try the officer but I assume that should be ok, too.

Tried all kits and had everyone try, wasn't working. Ill try to fraps it next time it happens.
