Default [0973] Pulse Healing whilst in various vehicles

Description:
In certain vehicles such as the RHIB, healing will come in pulses, regardless of whether or not the Medic has his bag out. This will usually be two seconds of healing, with two off for the other players in the vehicle. This is opposed to a solid stream of healing in an APC or equivalent.

Whilst realistic considering patching a bullet wound in a moving boat is a bit tricky, its frustrating. Healing in certain vehicles should be either entirely, or not at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
Shoot someone in the squad. Put the entire squad in the RHIB, the guy who was shot will recieve healing in bursts, as in the healing icon will flash every couple of seconds or whatever.

Screenshots / Video:
Didn't manage to get a video, if anyone needs a more detailed explanation please ask.

Tested On:

-Shijia, British RHIB.
-64
-Hardcore
-v0.973

This same thing happens on the British land rover. I'm not sure if it was the troop carrier variant or the 50cal variant though.
