Add boats !! Not the contrary
Let the boats respawn please. Even the noobest noob of noobs would have a hard time crashing them. - We would not wait on the deck for minutes doing nothing because of lost assets. - It would not be a loss of time having to get back up on deck after realizing there will never a boat that will respawn. - Boating is fun too ...sun, fresh water and wind in my blond hair... Boats FTW! Everybody with me on this one? |

The sad truth is.... Mec always, always rush docks, grab a hat, and look for the first chopper to shoot down... I've had some good runs on the map... and even though playing american we were kicking ass, we haad double the point values, greater teamwork, much more communication and we got to south and we still lost 100-0, and u know why? Cause docks is too dam slow to get too. Before u even reach land they are already there looking for a fight... Give me a break... Sure I dont mind some of the extra mec vehicles... but I find it quite pointless for the 2 jeeps and the 1 armored, weaponless vehicle in the front... Too be honest, all that did was give mec the rushing ability they need to hit docks asap.... and since west and east dont exist together anymore, why not make south city neutral at the start of the map. So in other words here is my points of all this:
1. Make south city neutral at start of round. 2. Take away Jeeps and the one armored vehicle with no weapons. And see where it goes from there, its not a HUGE modification, but it might slow down on the rushing. Give the US hueys to at least make a touchdown or two before being swarmed by MEC. |

hey im fairly sure im not tripping out but i played muttrah the other day the cobra spaned at 1hour and 58 Minutes Aka 5 minutes into the game and did not have a respawn and the USMC had two CAS Hueys , is this a crazy bug ?

Nope. It's not. Now Cobra spawns as soon as docks are capped and do not respawn if it is destroyed- like Challanger on Basrah.
Attack Hueys resprawn at 3:43 (correct me if i'm wrong... ;]) and have 20 minute respawn time. |

The last game I played on Muttrah I was US and we won very easily.
On PMC with lots of Mumble inter squad comms. We threw together a little plan.... One squad (gazzthompson) capped docks. My squad built a FOB in the Hotel car park (to cap North) we put down lots of assets and defended hard. A third infantry squad was on the western flank (Redwater). By the time the docks squad had capped they moved up helped us clear the enemies and then we all advanced in an E-W line together. What I am trying to say, with a little teamwork and resistant defending it is a great map, but US must get one squad and FOB at docks and a second at North city which must be defended to the death. It is the old hard coded player stuff again, if squads don't co ordinate and work together it is hard to win. Verdict get on Mumble SL channel and use it!!!! Or Even go CO.... IMHO Barracuda and Jabal it is the same story if the US squads can communicate, co ordinate and be patient they can win. If every squad rushes in doing their own thing like in VBF it fails most of the time. PR more than ever before with 0.9 really awards inter squad comms, I can't play without it. |
