Default fps problems?

so,if there is some devs reading this i just wanna know that is there something wrong in maps?
or something else,code or something?
cos i have tryed many hours to tweak my settings to get some more fps.
but if you have any knowledge about possible cause of framerate drops, can you give us/me some hint so that i can end my eternal tweaking.
but if everything is ok with maps and stuff...i just have to upgrade my crappy computer.

Alt-Tab to the desktop and back to the game is enough to remove the worst lag spikes for me. You should give it a try.

i tryed today everything with the graphigsettings but examble in muttrah docks i get 20fps setting low and high when looking in to the city.
so its not matter if i have low or high settings.
thats why i just ask in this thread, that is there a bug in maps and is it waste of time to tweak settings?.
