so i suggest that your squad can spawn 10 times from rally,then it dissapears and squadleader have to fallback to the nearest outpost "to get new kit with rally"
so you have one change to place rally.
10 spawns+6 team members is full squad.


i think that this would be better rallysystem cos it makes squadsize more realistic.
and i dont know how is it in real battle,is squadleader allways running in front,cos ingame this happens always.but this maybe little prevent that cos squadleader has rally,he dont wanna go down first.
hope someone get the idea.

EDIT:i think that this kind of rally you cannot overrun,you can knife it.they have only 10 spawns,after that they are kind of "overrunned".
Why I like this idea?
All here talk about realism and about the team play. The system of rally points which we have in the 0.9 version has nothing to do with reality. In reality there is no rally points at all. But the military squad may establish in secure area the little camp. Part of the SMs can go on a mission, and some stay for cover and support when necessary. Such system in the game can only be simulate by the system proposed maarit.

No time limit to use for spawn the rally points (60 sec or something), but the number of reinforcements, which it contains(6-10 spawns and camp becomes empty and destroys). And, of course, the system of reinforcement RP by SL on FOB. This brilliant idea to have to live.

I also prefer the presence of SL and 2 SM to install RP like in 0.8. And it would be very nice to change the three pile bags on something more realistic, like a small military tent

Love it, brings the need to build FOB's to the forefront, and forces SL's to THINK before they deploy; "Battle Awareness" is needed and therefore improved....adds urgency to operations...PR has always had it's share of rules and protocol, these are no different...learning is GOOD!

And having 1 RP doen't force squads to say together out of "fear of dieing" either, nor does it stop squads from being killed by random acts such as a car racing by. The "best" squad doesn't always win though, especially in Insurgency. You may not like the "wave" thing (although it still happens with FOBs essentially), but it made the numbers of the attackers seem bigger then they really were (which made battles fun and larger in scale too). This really was an advantage that the offense needed badly. Now, defense is so one sided that its pretty easy to take out a single squad and keep them at bay because you know that in 60 seconds, they will be right back there attacking again, but from a different angle. And you will have rearmed or set up more defenses by that point in time.

Did your read my post? I'm saying that only objective data can be subject to judge. Screaming at each other "- I have bigger penis! - No, I do!" without getting your pants down is really pointless. Each way.

I'm saying that >ANY SIDE< can't prove anything this way. I was NOT defending any particular position in this discussion. Just trying to point how meaningless is saying and relying on things that can't be measured in unbiased way.

Is a bit silly.

Like seriously we are saying that the poll is poor way to measure opinions, that facts are not really as we see them and after that all explaining that's going on, you call us (who is "us"?) that we are stubborn.

And I don't know what has stubbornness of people here to do with changes since we are just expressing our views, we don't make PR - Developers are. We are like you, just on the other side of Rally Point system discussion :P

It sounds to my like that conspiracy theories.

BTW if you think that 1 hundred moaning players won't change anything then why you even bother as single person? :P Isn't that contradicting?
