I have seen Lebanese rangers go through the American airborne and ranger courses. Not to mention British and German soldiers visit and train with our unit for about 2 weeks.

When I was active duty I trained with Malaysians, SASR, SAS, and on one occasion with/against Spetznaz as well as several others. I know from experience that Army SF will have foreign soldiers come in but during certain sessions they will be asked to leave the room while you discuss sensitive data. The same was true during my time in other countries. In Germany I was asked to not attend a full week of training due to "sensitive" information being trained during that time.
