Fantastic stuff, the imaging looks great and alot better than previous. On a side note, i didn't realise the crv7 pod was able to deflect up and down, see 1.27 it deflects back up in line with the aircraft.

That's cool! Having seen footage from other apaches, this looks way better. I do think it's funny that you brits have to come to america to find enough space to blow things up.

that is very interesting stuff, looks like this could make the apache and even greater asset for us out in theatre. It is also interesting the pods actually go back up didnt know they done that i thought they just stayed in place.

I really do hope once college is over and done with i do get to eventually fly or even work on one of these things.

Yeah, Apache kicks some real ass. The avionics just get better and better.

Sure wish they'd fit a GAU-8 on one for an experiment. "BRRT" "Bugger, we just did a flip."

Sure would be nice if they fitted a lightened Bushmaster II instead of the current M230 to the Apache. Power of the A-10's 30mm, but at a lower fire rate.

Or if someone fits a RMK30 on it. Recoiless, with more energy behind the round.

FYI, the new system is called Arrowhead.

All of this was done by Lockheed Martin. The old system was the TADS/PNVS. Now it's MTADS/PNVS. The US Apaches should be getting them.
