the armys version of the m4 sucks compared to the MC

Actually, i'm not wrong. Everyone in my division had A-4's. Except for infantry, we were issued M-4's.

Different muzzle velocity? How is this accomplished? A better round? Rifling different? Free floating barrel? How exactly? I'm just wondering.
