Lat time I checked, it was called Proiect Reality. This weapon is not yet in use in any military in the world .

I was able to handle the weapon myself, just wasn't able to fire it. The weight of the weapon without a magazine was not much more than a standard M16A4 with optics. The heavier barrel added about 1-2 pounds more weight, and the bolt assembly seemed "bulkier" than normal, but this retained a good balance. This weapon reminded me more of the M468 than an M4, probably due to the forward assembly. I felt it would be a nice rifle but not for what they intend it to be.

well if i did not miss something 0.8 should be the last release bevor 1.0 since then the brits will be complete, which will mark version 1.0
so it would not come ever

even if we were to ignore that future weapons is a crap show that pawns off everything it shows as the "next revolutionary design" , the design they are showing is nothing new, its a LSW variant of a standard idiviidual weapon. LSW variants have been around for years and years and years, especially in the AR15/M16 family. They just aren't as commonly serviced because they aren't as effective as true MGs are.

Being a bit hard on the new guy, must be the post 0.7 'ppl who didn't read the manual annoy us' hostility. Cool weapon, but even I can see 30 round mag is not gonna cut it to replace the SAW.
