On militaryphotos it is identified as a RPG22 if i remember right, it's one made for export...

It also looks similar to the M-72 LAW:



I think you are right though, just looked at the RPG-22:

Yes, I imagine it to be hard to shoot with a AT weapon that is shaped as saxophone.

Why to change a working and mobile solution to something else?

Err there are other designs other than the one's you see in the above images. Take example of the NLAW and Armbrust light anti-tank as two examples which do not share the same identical designs. Btw I'm not talking about the the shape of the thing, I'm talking about the specific design traits the each of the weapons have; they look almost exact.

If it's anything like Soviet naval development, it'll get half-way along, and then the generals will decide to scrap it and go off in another direction.

The 155 mm gun they're talking about is just one of those "yeah...." moments. I'd be curious to see how it works out vis-a-vis a smaller 120 or 125, sure, but I don't put a lot of faith into it.
