$600, 000? Jeez I wish I could enter this competition. My entry would be a plane figure with mid-air movable parts. Will be launched in plane form so the people launching it can have distance from there targets and once they reach there target. The wings bend upwards so it can form into a helicopter for hovering movement over the target(s). Which will include heat sensors, video feed, night vision, and voice sensors. That would definetly win .
