Half Life 2 hunter

This makes me feel REALLY uneasy watching this.
If you have ever played a snippet of HL2, then you'll have come face to face with the deadly, aggressive and fierce Hunters.

I think it's called the BigDog.

An interesting concept but until they can get it to run silently when not plugged in. I don't think the military will pay much attention to it. They already have the crusher which can basically run over any and everything and carry a larger payload longer distances, faster.

No, its called the Mule. Saw it on future weapons and the Army is supposedly looking at it and considering it. If they can get it to run quietly, IMO, it would save a lot of trouble for the Soldier/Marine. Instead of carrying your Alice Pack or ILBE pack into combat, you could have that thing carrying it and that would allow you to carry more ammunition and free up weight.

We need to be careful though. This is the sameway Cyberdyne got started.

They should make a giant sized version of the Army Mule and give it armour as well as fitted machine guns and rocket launchers then they could rename it 'Metal Gear'. Now that'd be f*****g awesome!!!
