Army equipment
Well, I just found this link to a page providing an overview of what equipment the Swedish Army uses and I thought it would be interesting if people from other countries know about similar pages for their armies. Post it here!

hehe it was a cool page, but VERY old, last updated back in 2000-08-20.
Most of the equipment in that homepage is obsolete. A better and more up to date site is www.soldf.com (soldf is the name of the swedish field manual). Its not alot of info in english but you'll probably manage to click around and find what you want. A hint is that Vapen means Weapon, Fordon means Vehicle etc. Ledsen för att komma och klanka ner på ditt inlägg här, va bara så sjukt gammla saker på den hemsidan, skulle kunna tro att sverige fastnat i 80-talet eller nått när man titta på den. |

Scandinavian Armor is the name of this site. Has both Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Good looking, seems to be upto date awell. Edit: Ok apparently not so up to date (thanks for info ZaZZo), anyhow has alot of cool stuff. Some "history" showing old tanks that were used. I think the swedish part is the one most up to date, but I wouldnt know since I wasn't in the army, I was in the Swedish Royal Marines, Amfibiekåren FTW! |

This is the official british army website and has all the equipment on it apart from special forces such as the SAS they use any weapon that is good for the job. The british marksman weapon on PR is acctualy used as a light support weapon (LSW) >enjoy>
