Canadians in US Army

Do you know if it's possible that somehow a Canadian can serve in the US Armed Forces whitout having double-citizenship?

I would doubt it.
I'm sure it's possible to be in the Canadian Army and be posted to somewhere in the US but I'm pretty sure you have to be a US citizen or on the path to being one, to serve in the US military.

For a non-citizen to enlist in the us military, they must have a valid greencard. Only American citizens can be commissioned as officers.

Even if it was possible, you'd be a disgrace. LOL. At least as far as many Canadians would be concerned I'm sure.

Why join the Canadian army when you could serve in the Canadian Navy?

Yes I know this picture is over used but I love it so much.

Thanks luizinhuu for the find

Yes, I have two friends who want to join the Marines, one is in the Canadian Reserves and the other is about to apply for his green card. As long as you have no criminal record, unpaid fines, and no warrants for your arrest you could serve in the U.S. Military.

Again, your ignorance is shown. Canada doesn't have an independent Navy. The Forces are a single unit, The Canadian Forces.
