I don't think Geneva permits using AT weapons against infantry at all. You'll see the Russians doing it because they never signed it. Plus Geneva is out of date too. You cant use rubber bullets or CS gas, or water cannons under military ops against an enemy force, yet it's fine in the civilian world (i.e. law enforcement).
It needs re-writing to take into account modern weapons and warfare. |
