You are full of shit and should be banned. Blatent lying has to be against the forum rules? Mods? You and a bloke from ausspecialforces.com called princessRAR are giving the ADF a bad name. What an embarrassment | |

They are still using the F88A1, F88SA1 and the F88C. This is all they get as far as assault rifles go. No M4's. The only units that use the M4 Weapon System in the ADF is SASR, 4RAR and the Navy's CDT. The only unit to use "SF" type weapons are the RAAF's ADG's (Airfield Defence Guards) and this is limited to MP5's.
As for the A3's etc they are a long way off being issued. Have a nice day |

Thing is why would they want to change the aug design? its the same concept that SA80 family use and its very accurate and short compared to the likes of other weapons that have the same accuracy.
Mag behind the grip is the way forward for any rifle imo. Longer barrels in the same length of a weapon cant be bad. |

All they have done is add picatiny rails so the wpn is more modular. They can now fit 203's, torches and night aiming devices straight to the wpn. The above pic isn't the a3. That is a different concept.
