Not sure wether this should be in this thread... but yeah, anyone else been watching this new series of programmes that was on Channel 5 Monday night 9pm.
Warship: HMS Illustrious
From what I gather from the first episode, should be a interesting series as its based on such a old aircraft carrier! Proving Britian needs its new ones!
Also, as a Merchant Navy Engineering Officer, what the hell went so catestrophicaly wrong with the refridge plant on HMS Illustrious that it had to return to port? One problem with a single refridge plant really shouldn't cause a ship to have to unload all its stores into shoreside refridge.
