Benazir Bhutto has been assassinated
Benazir Bhutto (a political rival of Musharaf) who returned to Pakistan not long ago died after a suicide attack at a political rally. Doesn't look good, the situation in Pakistan is volatile enough as it is.

Just saw it on tv watching CNN, as soon as I saw what had happened I was like "No!..." and thought Musharraf is for sure behind that in some way.

Actually, I'm not that sure. There are some pretty damn radical islamists there though (siege of the Red Mosque isn't that long ago), who are as much opposed to Musharraf as they are to Bhutto (a woman leading the country?)
