Cry havoc, and loose the dogs of war...

http://ca.today.reuters.com/news/new...ISRAEL-COL.XML

Can't we all just get along?

(IRT to the subject... yes I know I mis-quoted it and that there's more, but it seemed fitting.)

Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our perceptions. What we perceive depends upon what we look for. What we look for depends on what we think. What we think depends on what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality.

When that whole region is a glowing ruin, then there will be peace but not until then.

For some reason, I feel Netanya's night-life wouldn't be as interesting after that...

I'm not saying I want that but it seems that unless one of the major players develops interstellar flight and leaves, it will go on and on.

Funny, Reuters says Syria claims to be bombed. BBC says that Syria claims to have forced the Israelies to jettison the extra weight to flee. Israel has no comment. Wonder which is right?

My favorite part of the articles though is this:

Quote:
"Israel in fact does not want peace,"
he said.
Quote:
"It cannot survive without aggression, treachery and military messages."
Some of the most embattled people on earth don't want peace? Wonder if he's ever been to Israel himself...

Maybe you can explain us wtf IDF jets were doing in Syria airspace or

Why did they fly low over one of the Mubarek's palaces at low altitude previous year?

Or why did they start bombing Lebanon killing more than a thousand ppl previous summer(1/3 of victims being CHILDREN)

I also remind you that IDF corporal was taken prisoner(kidnapped) by Hezbollah after an Israel destroyer massacred a palestinian picnicing family(9 victims IIRC) on a beach with a so called smart bomb...

P.S:What happened to that kidnapped corporal, israel officials were telling us last summer that bombings/operations was to rescue that corporal?

Mubarak is the Egyption president, you are confusing him with the Syrian president Hasad[typo?].
They flew over his palace to send a message, its pretty clear.
The latest conspiracy theory about why the IAF was flying over northen Syria can be found here

Because Hezbollah, unprovoked - fired Katyosa missiles at Kiryat Smone[City] and at army bases while the operation to kidnap IDF soldiers was underway

No, Hezbollah didn't kidnap the IDF soldiers because of that.
Hezbollah has been planning for years for that.
The 'picnic' incident you are referring to was a human error of the artillery, not destroyer, the artillery crew simply punched in the wrong coordinates and that family being there was unlucky.

The operation's real aim was not to rescue them, that would have been impossible, the idea behind that was to destroy Hezbollah's power in southern Lebanon - which partly worked.
Many in Israel see that war as not a victory or defeat, but as a stalemate that neither sides won.

What you say is simply that:
IAF jets can fly over Syria airspace to deliver messages or to test enemy's AA equipment and also allowed to violate one of his allies airspace(Turkey) while taking evasive action. And that is defended with:
"Some of the most embattled people on earth don't want peace? "

No Israel took action against Hamas after that picnic incident,i forgot the name but Israel was conducting an operation in Gazza(citiation needed) before Hezbollah's raid,HEzb. raid was a retaliation.

Those tunnels were dug by Hezb. long time ago and IDF was also preparing to attack for months if not for years and Israel was looking for a reason(excuse) to attack south lebanon.Latest war and latest IAF incident are opening moves of upcoming war/operation,against Iran...

So you cant say Israel goverment is not aggressive or peaceful...
