If anything, it will be the other way around. Syria and Iran would never attack the Allies head-on because they can't win that kind of war. Instead they'll continue their by-proxy funding of the Iraq resistance. Eventually the Allies will go into Iran and Syria to try and stop it. Someone will do something stupid and release a biological, chemical, or dirty nuke in the name of their god, the Allies will retaliate, then the friends and enemies of both sides like India, Israel, China, and Russia will have something to say about it but the dialog might not be in words.

The allied flag icons were still in iraq when the evil syrian and iranian arrows decided to advance. No takebacks. Allies roll 11 and evil axis rolls 3. Allies win and collect a victory card, play a card set (1 cannon, 1 horse, 1 infantry). and place an additional 25 units in Iraq.
