Maybe the elcan mounted on the FNMAG on the vehicle on the picture of cecila, is a modefied version of C79 to get some better abilities. But, then they will name it deferent from C79, so it isnt a C79.

You are right, that is the Elcan Hi-Mag with a 6x magnification. (which is still not the same as the M145 in the render)

Actually, Elcan themselves back him up, at least when dealing with the Diemaco-mounted sights. The Elcan in the render is the version used by the Americans.
