Now we have such a nice Offtopic discussion. So i have a question I read here very often the word uber is this a english abbreviation of a some words or does this come from the german word über?

i think it is a variant of the german "über" (for all not german speakers, it means actually "over" in most cases)

The ß symbol denotes a double "s"
Whereas on a conventional keyboard you would write (just for example) "scheisse" the standard german spelling would be "scheiße" Meine Deutche ist nicht so gut. Es tut mir leid (that is i'm sorry, ja ?) Danke ! Sarge |
