actually it's 'Guter Gott' (never used that phrase tbh..
'Grundgütiger' would be more fitting here i guess although 'Good gracious' is the exact translation of that. /german lesson mode off EDIT: err.. sorry for going offtopic - good luck with your project of course!! |

At the minimum, post a translation, or I will consider it being against the rules. I would like to know that you are being nice, not insulting us. :P

well, actually its not a beta, and especialy not a B :P you'd call it "sharp S" or "s-z" (no idea whats the correct english term.). It, afaik, once really was an S and a Z, but they both joined together to an ß (the old letters look different from the ones used today, the S was indeed kinda long and un-s-ish). Anyway, whenever you'd write an ß, even many germans simply use a double s because its easier. Of course you shouldnt do this mistake in an important text, but usualy a double S is totaly okay. There is no capital letter for the ß, in a word written in capitals you use a double S even in german. So, this is a letter you can pretty much ignore if you dont have it on the keyboard, just do a double s and everyone knows what you mean.
