its a question what you want to do, i have gimp, ps3 and paint.net installed, but for small things paint.net is always my first choice, but when it comes to real skinning and things like that, gimp and PS are far superior, but gimps interface is something you either love or hate, because it is very unconventional and does not follow the usual ways of windows software, photoshop is a bit more conventional and paint.net is IMHO one of the most usable windows programms out there, unfortunatly i did not jet find a .dds out plugin for it

sorry, i got an other question:
is there any chance to see a "fuchs" in game, its a transport tank, i know its a very old one and will be replaced by the "boxer" but its often used and not only but the germans also britan got some ABC versions of it... so i really hope to see it cos i love that thing
