one of the main reasons why people have moved on is because of the weapon deviation!

0.7 is still ridiculously popular, there are plenty of players to go around. More importantly, the PR DEVs have rarely made decisions based directly on attracting more players, and I don't think something integral to realism would be their first big shot in the dark.

Except for the word 'rarely', I'm in the same boat. Although, I still find myself trying to get a little trigger time almost every night. It's like a crack head trying to get that first high back.

Personally I find teamwork to be the cure of boredom within this game. When you have a good team you will manage to accomplish a lot of things.

Some days I'm just feeling BigDumb&Ugly and I'm just the Sniper@thewrongFLAG, diddling my SuperClitSix.
But other days I feel like I MayCauseInjuryorDeath and I FLankLeft with LiceRiddenRagHead and crush Dhimmi where he stands.
But then I'm filled with Sweetness&Light for BobESands so I acknowledge that I_am_JohnDoe, not just some StumbleDwarf.
But when I'm down to just **Stems-n-Seed** with nobody in charge but some MjrGenMoonbat, I just get plain old ArmedDrunk&Angry.


Variation is the key to long term relationships of any kind.

Only thing keeping me from playing as much as I'd like to right now is the insane amount of HW I'm getting in college. I seriously have time for one round of PR or StarCraft every other day or so... and even then, its at the expense of putting off some work and staying up until 4am... :'(

I cant wait for the summer...

It ha nothing to do with PR's gameplay, I absolutely love it. It just has to do with the fact that my teacher's don't quite appreciate PR as much as I'd like them too... D*amn Quaker college...

I believe that "thebattlearena.com 24/7" Al Basrah server has the best balance. The RPG's, IED's and bomb-cars balance out the armor raping and there is plenty of transportation on both sides for those who would think the map is too big. Also, as soon as I get tired of concentrating so much on crisp teamwork, the round ends and I get to relax and play on the insurgent team and not have to worry about rally points and so forth.

Its not balanced if you get to relax.
