Random deviation lasts for only a second. The second delay to your accuracy should encourage tactics because it means having someone standing still behind you with a scope is a useful means of cover.
If you walk alongside a waist high wall, then you can duck for that second before engaging the enemy with the usual accuracy. Try single shot with a double tap.
Iam a full auto ak spammer by nature and I never used single shot before this, now I have to unless the enemy is in my face.

Quinling has only multirole-fighters, which are one of the things I wanted to get away from in BFv.
The tactics it encourages are very narrow. This isn't an argument I want to restart, but it more or less destroyed all tactics in CQB. Additionally, I find ranged firefights to be static and incredibly dull now that it is simply a matter of both shooters sitting stock still and plugging rounds at one another. Finally, I noticed that the guide was never updated - it still reccomends moving slowly from side to side in close in firefights despite the fact that this would ruin your aim.
I look forward to seeing how they fix some of the glaring imbalances that the original random deviation has caused. From what I've read, some of their fixes sound very promising (althought if they're simply planning on nerfing the accuracy of all the specialist weapons, I think I'll kill myself).
