In this order my top 5:

Qwai River
Operation Ghost Train
EJOD Desert
Fool's Road
Bi Ming

Edit: Stupid me didn't realize I could pick more than one on the vote so I only picked my first favorite.

I've enjoyed every PRM map made, they are all truly and obviously labors of love, great craft and attention to detail that surpasses many commercial games.

Every PRM Level Design has stand out features too numerous to mention, and it would be a disservice to only mention the cool features of some at the expense of others; which is sort of how I feel about the poll -- though I well understand that was not the intention of the poll.

One thing the poll does show us, that may not be the first thing you think about is that there are Fans that pick every PRM map as their favorite -- and regardless of numbers that's rather telling.

I hope Server Admins won't look at this too closely and marginalize their PRM map rotation -- as many of the less played (and popular by poll) maps are less played and popular for the very same reasons PRM is; i.e. they're not easy, are an acquired taste, and require time and effort (that's well rewarded) to learn and appreciate at the full depth of their Designer's intentions.

For me the Vanilla conversions don't work. Well made though they are they just don't seem to suit the mod, especially Zatar Wetlands 64 player, I really hate that map and I leave servers if it comes on. The game play is stagnant and without direction and the game mode doesn't contribute this. Oman 64 is ok but isn't really dynamic or big enough for a full 64 player game.

I always choose a server that's playing an original PR map over one that has a Vanilla conversion unless there is no other choice for a full game.

IMO Zatar Wetlands is probably the most enjoyable and realistic 0.7 map in terms of gameplay - it really brings out the best in PR. Infantry centric, helicopters vs apcs, the importance of the commander role, the long view distances, the mix of high ground and flat plains, the hard hitting g3 vs the fast firing m16.
I very much hope that it stays ingame.

Kashan, Battle for Qinling and Al Kufrah Oilfield are great fun as long as you are in a tank, Al Basrah and Fools Road are great when infantry squads get their act together (although the ability of the British to discover caches on Basrah that have not been highlighted is a major gameplay breaker imo). The classics as always are great - Jabal Al Burj, Operation Ghost Train, Qwai River, Assault on Mestia, Sunset City and EJOD Desert.

The ones that the mod would be better without imo
7 Gates - gameplay is just not good at all
Daqing Oilfields
Gulf of Oman
Hills of Hamgyong
Road to Kyongan Ni

Mostly depends on my mood, most effecting how much I can be arsed with Urban maps.

.7s made me love Jabal though, used to despise this map but has become a real favorite of mine. Same goes for the vanilla maps Oman and Zatar, had some really good games on this after .7 too.

Fools road is ace n all but I have to be in a really patient mood to play it, otherwise it really winds me up, same goes for PR in general as it probably should though.

I'm a PC! And I use a badly written Microsoft operating system like the vast majority of PC users thus discrediting your individuality based retaliation to Apple marketing.

I can't say all of the above? =P

1. Al Basrah. Favorite since .6. Getting mowed down as a civi is always fun, but people do it more often with their matching shirts to hostiles in .7.

2. Fool's Road. Great map, but it takes forever for a round to end with a full 64 server, longer than a usual PR map.
