PR would be pretty bloody bland if all the maps were based in Afghanistan/Iraq.

This is incredible, I am officially hyped up for 0.9. I don't have anything especially contructive to say, but love the new maps and thanks for the hard work devs.

There are alot of more real combat areas else than Afghanistan and Iraq

Well, I do enjoy the real combat areas, but I also think the fictional maps/areas allow PR to have a variety of locations instead of the same 'decor' if you know what I mean. Not many games can have you fighting Taliban in a mountainous region one map, the next assaulting a tropical island, fighting rebels in Russia etc.

Whats the problem with chechen maps? I personally love them, and the faction isn't really anything to complain about.

Wow im pumped for Beirut. Really who cares that much about the back story in a completely multiplayer game. All it would serve to do is restrict the amount of content in the mod. Thats half the fun of gaming is you get to play out these "what-if" scenarios.
