ok you might have seen that me mosquill, jonny and a few others are getting the data for the guns that are used in pr and the guns used in each faction. so these are the current guns that we are trying to get for this faction is this right?

M24
CTAR
TAR
Micro Galil
Negev
M16A1


if you have info please post it like

gun name
bullet type, bullet weight, ballistics coeficent, muzzle velocity

also if you can please include a source

Well heres the list
Assault Rifles:
CTAR [reflex]: MV 860, 5.56
TAR [reflex + scoped]: MV 890, 5.56
M16A1 Mekotzrar["zeroed" at 50m, extremely shitty accuracy and insane deviation - 6cm at 50m] - MV 838, 5.56
Micro Galil, [ironsight]: MV 710, 5.56

Designated MArksman:
SR99 Galil: MV 800, 7.62X51

SNIPER:
m24 - same as US one..

LMG:
Negev Commando: MV 850, 5.56

IDF uses the older 5.56 bullet, American one from Vietnam.
What else do you need to know?

unfortunately the size of the round doesnt really help, we need to know the bullets name eg: the m16a4 uses a m885. also do you know the round issued for the m24 from the idf? thank you for the muzzle velocitys.

are the idf going ot be in 0.8, if they are we are going to need the models and tweak files for the guns so we can zero them.

You are working with [R-CON]Mosquill right?theres link in R-CON forum[IDF is ready thread] with all the 3DS, Galil/TAR21 family/Negev.
I can post the tweak and con if you want, nothing big - about IDF in 0.8, I don't know, it depends if the DEVS decide to include it or not, I have presented the files to them and I hope they'll include it as no further work is being done on IDF faction.

Our animator has access to them then, which will have to do for now.

He should know what to do with the tweak files by now, so it should all be ok.
