what size whould i do for a map that is in real life 3 x 3km?

I also want to do this trick

my map crashes on 16% loading and i only followed the first two tuts as well as roads
plz help

basically can someone tell me the main causes for a map crashing at 16%

probaly cos your running your map in PR and you aint got to the bit where you need to allow your map to work with pr. When doing the basic BF2 tuts you should be testing your map in BF2, and mapping in the bf2 mod also to keep things as simple and haste free as possible.

i am doing it in bf2 but i just realised that all the files were unzipped so do i just zip them all up in to server.zip then it should be fine?

run your map in window mode then you can get a error about your prob, it may be cos your running in low gfx and you dont have a low detail texture which = crash.

check the bottom, command line... you basically need to change your shortcut from fullscreen 1 to fullscreen 0

NEED HELP! please

i tryed to create a control point on pr_edit and it came up with an error saying "layer:[default] is invisible" what went wrong?
