Suggestion on how to organize air support
Oftentimes pilots are clueless in the air scanning chat messages for air support requests or trying to figure out what got lasermarked and where.
Organizing air support could help All air support should be organized in one huge AIR SUPPORT SQUAD (2 cobra a10 on Kashan) rather than having each pilot have his own squad, with the squadleader not flying at all but being on the ground close to the action. He can mark properly for the aircrafts, air support does not collapse if the commadner is lazy (or has no mic) and even if he is a dedicated commander the SL can forward the results of requests to the pilots rather than having the pilots bicker with the commander. And the pilots dont have the CO in their ear all the time eithier if the co talks to all the squadleaders at all times (V key). That way other squads can laser mark brainlessly as long as they talk to the commander first and thell him what and where. Only problem is that there might be no room for that one figher jet pilot in the squad, but I dont think that is as bad since his air to ground capability is limited anyway. Also each larger map that has air support should have a quad for the SL to move in. Biggest problem will be to implement the idea seen as how pilots got used to have one squad per aircraft. who finds spelling errors can keep them |

Re: Suggestion on how to organize air support
i think this belongs in the tactics section not suggestions and feedback, this is for how to improve the game on the developers side

Re: Suggestion on how to organize air support
For jets this would work. But for chopper its better if they use their own squad because there is always allot of taking needed in a chopper squad. A second chopper will make it too buzzy and you get misunderstandings.
