There did used to be a delay of about 2 mins I seem to remember.
I think rp should be about marking your secured territory, representing squad reinforcements & the supply chain. We should move as far away as possible from the old 'beam me down scotty' sl spawning where troops appear in the middle of a battle You could set rally point timing according to distance from the main base to reflect logistics of infantry transportation. A forward bunker or firebase would then help to reduce but not eliminate the delay of setting the rally point. |

I personally think the squad should have to all stand on one leg and chant shim shala bim for three minutes before a new rally point will be re-established creating the most realistic scenario possible...........dohhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Yeh and make it not have a radio static so the enemy has to guess its location by troop movements.
