Two kinds of shotgun rounds?

More a question then a suggestion.

I noticed while playing the new WWII mod that the Nazi Germany forces were issued two kinds of landmines. One that had a time delayed fuse and one that had the standard weight explosion causing kind of thing.

That mod was created by Black Sands Studio. Which if memory serves is the same people that developed this yes? Now the important thing about this post is those mines had a linked system of ammo. As in if you had four mines and could only use four total, So using two time delayed would thus force you to use up two of your regular mines leaving you with two total mines.

Now these are single shot weapons however that don't have a remaining count after you use one and thus I am unsure if this actually will limit your shotguns rounds already in the magazine, however would this idea be developed further and added into this mod as well? Such as two kinds of IED's and only carrying a total stockpile of 5 'explosives' and yet allowing you to use either a motion sensor or push button fuse? (If you understand my meaning.)

yeah, it's just a problem with multi-shot weapons, however we can have LAWS and RPGs with different munitions.

wait , i remember cleary rhino saying that was hardcode , or it only work for single-fire weapons (such as mines) and no for automatic weapons , like mgs?

Yes, the problem comes up when you have something with "clips".

That's your answer in it's shortest form. I see what you're getting at, but it can't be done for normal weapons and the DEVs are aware of this idea, so I'm going to lock this thread.
