Capturing Civilians.

This seems a fairly obvious question, yet I have not seen any confirmation of this yet by a DEV. Will their be a replacement for the knife currently used to "apprehend" civilians.
(If so please delete)
If not all we need is a simple rope/cable tie/restraining tool modeled and barely any animation required. Right now it still seems rather quizzical running up and stabbing a civilian in the face and seeing him fall to his death.

It will also help teh n00bs understand not to shoot civilians as they always do, yes RTFM is an option but can you honestly say you have fully read the manual for every game you have ever bought? I know I haven't, it's all part of the fun.

When the apprehending device is used it just needs to be the same reaction as the knife but a different model.

So? Is this going to be implemented? Please keep this on topic and only post if you know. Too many threads just go totally OT.

"So tell me just how come were the Taliban
Sat burning incense in Texas
Roaming round in a Lexus
Sittin’ on six billion oil drums
Down with the Dow Jones, up on the Nasdaq
Pushed into the war zones."

yes, it's very likely that eventually there will be some tool which will be used to capture the civilians.
