audio-voice announcements

Just a quick thing, but is there a way to make it so your soldier doesn't say things in certain situations? Like if you're throwing a grenade, the world doesn't need to know that, so if there aren't any friendlies around, could you make it so he doesn't say that, to avoid alerting the enemy. It ticks me off to shout that when I'm alone.
