New prone/crawling animation

This probably has been suggested before and I checked the Already suggested suggestions and found the closest to my suggestion with Prone/Shooting in the list and I also searched with prone, proning, crawl, and crawling.

Anyway, I do not think it is realistic to shoot your weapon, aiming down the sights, while crawling forward/backward/side to side with good accuracy. How about a new crawling animation so that you cannot fire your weapon while crawling?

In the screenshots, all I did was just prone underneath a vehicle and held down crouch and you will see the "sprint" animation with the gun aiming downwards. So when someone starts to crawl, their weapon would be pointed downward and would be unable to fire until they stop crawling. The problem is the the weapon moves faster than the solder is crawling so that might be a problem...

I hate dive shooters. If this suggestion ruins dive shooters I agree with it.

I don't think a new animation is necessary just make prone + movement values for the firing cone huge.

Cheers,

Close your eyes and imagine some really cool military picture, or better yet a really funny picture in this space. I said close your eyes damnit!

I like the idea but I dont think many people are actually firing+moving with much of an advantage. The annoying thing is that they can crawl and scoping your position while being difficult targets. It allows them to do some recon while moving enough to get a sniper to miss the long headshot.

Red Orchestra: Ostfront had the best crawling animations ever so it's good to see PR are making an effort to have this feature implemented, it sure adds extra realism and immersion no doubt.
