You can go ahead and lock this unless you're really interested to see responses

1. check your spelling just enough so your writing is readable (the last post i read was house of horrors) use google translator if you have to if you dont know english

2. check if you're even using the right words

3. dont threaten the devs/r-mods/other posters ("hunting down" them isnt going to get your idea in game)

4. concider if your idea is even remotely possible (the last post i read most of the ideas were impossible to do even if you're programming an entire new engine)

5. express your idea in a way people can understand. ("that truck with that boom gun thingy," does not count)

You are right, there were many times that people came with wierds ideas and more wierds (or wierder ?)explanation !

Perhaps a writing frame should be stickied in the suggestions forum

Just a thought, but would it be alot more work if every suggestion thread had to be okayed by the mods before it appeared? As opposed to them having to lurk about looking for threads they needed to close. That's if such a thing is at all possible.

I think it's a good idea but maybe you should've pm'ed Masaq asking him to put up some guidelines or something. Or even make it that when you click "Make new thread" it takes you to the guidelines, which then must be read before you can post. Simple.
